Each of our four suites is fully furnished with an eat-in kitchen. The suites include:

Stephen Jones House Inn is a historic building that was separated into four apartment-sized suites in the early 1900s. Today, the house has been modernized, but the apartment-style arrangement remains the same.
The Guest House Suite
1 Bedroom / 1 Bath / Sitting Area / Kitchen
The guest house suite is situated in the back of the house on the ground floor. It includes its own private entrance with a touch-key padlock. You can look out onto the back garden from the guest house suite.
Ask about its availability. The rate of this beautiful suite is $2000 per month, which includes a weekly cleaning service.
The Loft Suites
1 Bedroom / 1 Bath / Loft-style Open Floor Plan / Kitchen
Stephen Jones House Inn has two loft suites (110B and 108B). These suites offer an elevated perspective on downtown Washington as well as a large bedroom and beautiful sitting room area that’s perfect for finishing up that work you needed to complete or that relaxing you need to do. And why wouldn’t you relax surrounded by nostalgic furnishings in a home reminding you of simpler times?
The entrance is on the ground floor along Jefferson Street. You’ll enter the foyer and then ascend to your specific loft suite. Your bathroom is en suite. If you’d like to wash your clothes, the washer and dryer can be found on the ground floor in the common space.
For loft suites, our rates are $1750 per month. That includes weekly cleaning services.
The Main House Suite
1 Bedroom / 1 Bath / Sitting Area / Kitchen
The main house suite is just as its name suggests—it’s part of the ground floor of the main portion of the house. With a generous living room and kitchen area, you’ll be able to spread out and relax.
There is a desk for your convenience, and your bedroom is separate from the general living area. You can close the door on your day and sleep soundly while your work waits for you at your desk. It certainly makes it easy to set work boundaries so you can take the time to enjoy your stay in Washington.
The monthly rate for this spacious unit is $2000, and that includes a weekly cleaning service.
